Insurance is linked to your Emirates ID. Please present your Emirates ID when you visit the medical facility.
GOOD NEWS. We have successfully retained all the benefits as last year.
- The Annual Premium Limit is at AED 500,000
- We have included WELLNESS BENEFIT for ALL Categories: Covered up to AED 1,000 on a Reimbursement Basis:
Includes : Blood Sugar test • Urinalysis • Blood Picture(CBC) • Consultation Checkup • ECG Checkup • X-Ray Checkup • Gynecological Examination • Routine Physical Examination
- We have retained the annual DENTAL Benefit to AED 1,500/- with only a 20% co insurance. (Direct Billing)
- We have included Psychiatric Treatment to be covered up to the Annual Limit
- Most of us Travel to and from work. Our Sales Team and Engineers are constantly on the Road. To ensure our Safety, we have included Road Accidents to be covered by the Insurance Policy up to AED 10,000 on top of the workmen compensation policy.
- We have a Mobile Application for employee convenience – “Dubaicare”. ALL Employees must download the Application. You can track your claims, approvals and even consult an Online Doctor and have medicines delivered to your doorstep.
- We have included Air Ticket Benefits for Planned/Elective Treatments subject to pre-approval from Fidelity. (Based on the Geographical scope)
We will be emailing you your respective Table of Benefits and your Network of Hospitals/Clinics.
A workshop providing an overview of the policy details and benefits will be conducted and a calendar invitation will be shared soon.
We continue to urge all of you to be responsible using the Medical Insurance. We have a full-fledged Online Doctor Consultation and Employees should use this service.
We need to work together to reduce the Loss Ratio so that we can continue to have better benefits Year after Year.
