To streamline the process and ensure efficiency, all sales staff must now use the attached "Demo Equipment Request" form when submitting requests.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Complete the Form: Fill out the attached form in its entirety, providing full justification or a business plan for your demo request.
2. Align with Shehzad: Before submission, discuss your requirement with Shehzad, our Demo Manager, to ensure alignment, properly filling out the form and obtain any necessary insights.
3. Submit via CEO's Portal: Once completed and discussed, submit the form on the CEO's Portal under the ticket type IOC - DEMO REQUEST.
This new process will help us manage demo equipment more effectively and ensure that all requests are properly justified and aligned with our business goals.
