ANNOUNCED: 12 MAY 2020
Dear All,
It has come to our attention that some of our business operations are getting delayed, not completed or being done in such a sloppy and unprofessional way that does not meet the usual standard and quality of work that we expect. Some employees have referred to the challenges of working from home as the reason for their failures.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
We will not accept any compromise on business workflow, results, success and growth. EHS Offices remain open and some of us are front-liners in hospitals, attend meetings outside and continue their normal work. But we continue to give you all the flexibility to work remotely from your home for team safety, and to be with your families in this time of crisis. This flexibility should not be abused.
If these incidents will continue, We will start giving out warning letters to those who do not adhere to the strict guidelines of the company. And repeated violations of these policies will result in termination of employment.
This is for your strict compliance.
Best Regards,
