Effective immediately, ALL CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS (with customers and suppliers) MUST FIRST BE UPLOADED to the CEO’s Desk Portal (emitac.freshdesk.com) to initiate the process of approvals as per company policy. The portal has a dynamic and automated system in place which follows specific workflows and approval thresholds. Until further notice, No one is authorized to send documents directly to Mr. Ghassan Hussein for legal sign-off. Approvals from the Commercial Operations Department and Group Legal will be obtained through the portal.
